This program is designed to prepare students to transfer to a four-year college or university offering majors in 业务, 国际业务, 市场营销, 经济学, 金融, 或相关领域. The curriculum provides the student who is considering a career in 国际业务, commerce or diplomacy with a solid background in language, 文化, 国际政治, 和业务. The program will provide the student with a better understanding of global political, 社会, 经济, and trade relationships by blending elements of liberal arts 和业务 curricula.
Students should meet regularly with their program advisor to make certain that their course selections meet the requirements of the college and major to which they plan to transfer.
Recommended Preparation: Three years of high school mathematics through intermediate algebra are required. Applicants should have enough background in a foreign language to enter MCC courses at the intermediate level. Information concerning foreign language placement is available in the 业务 Department and the World Language and Cultures Department. Students not meeting these requirements may need more than two years to complete this degree.
